On 28/12/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kaxinawa: Baymuka, and in the right nostril, a moderate amount of Nukini: Trevo Cumaru combined with a very small amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 15.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Subconscious POWER Unlocks at 4 Mins ❯❯❯ 432 Hz • Binaural Beats".

It was a bit mellow overall, but oh so relaxing and calm. I feel so blessed and positive for the year ahead - 2024!

On 06/05/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kaxinawa: Iban. The room had a temperature of 19.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "999Hz Shamanic Healing Meditation Music. Soul Ritual purification. Deep healing power.".

I don't do Flor de Jarina much these days, but it's still a wonderful rapé. Iban was even better, bringing deep peace and deep sense of connectedness. A wonderful end to my Saturday afternoon.

On 17/03/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Yawanawa: Chief, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 25.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Sandalwood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "144,000 hz octave (7.5 hz theta binaural beat) Tune into the energy of 144,000".

I tried my new rapé, Chief. It's definitely a powerful blend - grey, slightly aromatic and earthy. Truly loving. A wonderful deep meditation from this and Flor de Jarina.

On 30/01/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

I remember Flor de Jarina being stronger than this, as it was a little on the milder side. Nevertheless, a very calming and loving meditation that was somehow more than the sum of its parts.

On 20/10/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Shamanic Snuff: Divine Union, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 22.5°C and I smudged it with Spirit Walker Sage Smudge Purification Spray. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "✧QUANTUM JUMPING INTO Altered States Of Consciousness✧Self Realize| Binaural Beats Meditation Theta".

Both rapés were good - very relaxing and loving, but the ceremony overall was a little subtle.

On 21/07/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Nukini: Mulata, and in the right nostril, a moderate amount of Kaxinawa: Iban combined with a moderate amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 27.5°C and I smudged it with sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Manifest Miracles I Attraction 432 Hz I Elevate Your Vibration".

This was a truly loving and beautiful ceremony. It was certainly well smudged!! I had a profound sensation of hope and knowing. The future is so very bright!

In spite of the very severe interruption, it was actually a really good meditation. I feel so good today!

A very nice meditation that I tried for the first time in the loft. It's very, very hot up here!! I felt a lovely peace.

Actually a really pleasant ceremony, full of love and light. I sat a bit wrong on my seat, interrupting it a little, but I went quite deep and it was lovely.

Both rapés were very good, but Madre brought a deep meditation and was absolutely beautiful.

The right nostril combination brought profound love and peace. I've had a slight hangover all day and feel very tired, but these ceremonies have helped me find real peace and I'm loving life, with hope for the future.

A beautiful meditation, not particularly profound, but I felt complete presense and calm. Lovely sense of presence.

On 10/04/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Moy, and in the right nostril, a small amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina combined with a moderate amount of Puyanawa: Madre. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "✧QUANTUM JUMPING INTO Altered States Of Consciousness✧Self Realize| Binaural Beats Meditation Theta".

This was an amazing meditation, in spite of an interruption near the end. Madre and Flor de Jarina form a love-filled rapé combination, and the positivity lasted for ages!

This ceremony was all a little mild, for some strange reason. Some strange energies today, and I don't know why.

Two good rapés from the lovely Kuntanawa tribe. Surprisingly a little mild though for both. A relaxing meditation though.

Moy brought a pleasant feeling, albeit with a delay. Flor de Jarina is always good, and brought a loving meditation, but with mind-chatter.

It nice interesting combination in the right nostril of two potent blends, bringing a lovely meditation.

Both rapés were great, giving a deep sense of peace. I also love this new sage smudge spray I'm using.

The room had a temperature of 18.5°C and I smudged it with Indigo: Palo Santo Hydrolat. A very pleasant early morning meditation. I'm thinking that Chamba might even be a good right-nostril rapé (in a little bit greater amount).

The room had a temperature of 15.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. It was a calming meditation, but it's just so cold today.

On 06/01/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril an enormous amount of NaturaCurandera: Hoska, and in the right nostril, a very small amount of Kaxinawa: Moy Cumaru combined with a small amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 14.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".

I tried an extra large amount of Hoska, and it indeed did bring peace. I did do Ambil beforehand though, so I don't know what it was that brought it. The right nostril combination was milder than expected. Nevertheless, I felt my chakras, especially my root chakra and lower chakras, and it was very calming and pleasant. A bit of a strange one.

A very good second ceremony in a sequence. It cleared my mind more and I feel lovely.

A good ceremony, with a very calming effect and aftereffect. It made things better and I feel ready now for the day.

An expectedly milder meditation, but it was very pleasing. The left nostril really relaxed me and the Putanny was really good. My mind is cleared and I'm fully ready for the day ahead. Lovely.

The room had a temperature of 21.5°C and I smudged it with none. I did this one with company, which is great, but never as deep as when alone. I got a wonderful meditation from the Flor de Jarina. It's a fantastic blend, and it deeply calmed me and I felt my chakras.

On 14/12/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a moderate amount of Yawanawa: Ascend, and in the right nostril, a small amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina combined with a very small amount of Machineri: Stargate. The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Indigo: Palo Santo Hydrolat. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "999Hz Shamanic Healing Meditation Music. Soul Ritual purification. Deep healing power.".

I love the minty (maybe spearmint) sensation of Ascend, and it really brought about a great feeling from the left nostril dosage. The mix of two rapés in the right nostril brought me a great ceremony, in which I really felt my chakras and sent love and light to the world. Wonderful!

I truly love Flor de Jarina. It's one of those rapés that guarantees an excellent ceremony. I could sense all my chakras and I sent love to the world, expelling the dark agendas and bringing peace.

On 06/12/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Shanenawa: Xina, and in the right nostril, a moderate amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina combined with a very small amount of Kaxinawa: Cumaru de Cheiro. The room had a temperature of 15.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary. I used breathing technique "9;6;3" along with sound track ""Removing Negative Energy From Your Bed Room" - Energy Healing Vibration, Singing Bowl - TB 0005 A 6".

I underestimated Xina at first, but it's an excellent blend. A little milder than some of the stronger varieties, but it sent me into meditation quickly. The right nostril mixture really sent me into a great ceremony, where I could feel my chakras strongly.

The room had a temperature of 19.0°C and I smudged it with Indigo: Palo Santo Hydrolat. I used breathing technique "9;6;3" along with sound track ""Removing Negative Energy From Your Bed Room" - Energy Healing Vibration, Singing Bowl - TB 0005 A 6".

Still very little effect from the green rapé, Awiry Purus - just a very mild relaxing tingle. The right nostril dosage was more meditative and it was a pleasnant relaxing meditation overall.

On 02/12/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a moderate amount of Nukini: Mulata, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary along with 2 insense sticks. I used breathing technique "9;6;3" along with sound track "528 HZ - MIRACLE TONE ~ DNA REPAIR & HEALING ~ NERVE & CELL REGENERATION ~ COMPLETE BODY HEALING".

This was a surprisingly mild ceremony. It's been a calm evening with less than normal mind-chatter, so this was surprising. A little grounding and calming, but not the best ceremony.

An excellent ceremony. This Flor de Jarino could quickly become one of my favourite blends! It has a pleasant harshness going in, bringing an amazing relaxation and meditation - very profound.

On 30/11/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Shanenawa: Xina, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 17.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary along with 2 insense sticks. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".It was number 2 in a back-to-back sequence of ceremonies.

And another two new rapés! The Xina was a pleasantly quite soft and a little minty, but mild. The Flor de Jarina was more profound and deeply meditative. I'd need to try these as a first ceremony to get the proper judgements on them though. I suspect both are fantastic blends. The meditation left me deeply relaxed and cleared my mind.
